Uh oh.... little snowfall....
We were so very grateful for big trucks, plows, and other vehicles..... helped make our driving much less dangerous!

Arriving in Anchorage....

Elmendorf AFB is where we spend the night; hotels were full...

Kinda nice to have connections. :)

Day 13: Visiting North Pole

Day 13: Visiting North Pole

Spent the night at Tok.... now heading to North Pole to see Adam, Kimberlee, and Kinzie :)

This river is further north than most others so far.... it is thawed.... weird...

Nice flyover as we near Eileson Air Force Base.... it's like they know I'm nearby!!! LOL

The Alaskan Pipeline....at North Pole, AK

Day 12: we get to LEAVE Canada!

So, on the way in to Whitehorse, Trip's Dodge had a light come on; the idler pulley was going bad; so, while John and Trip went to the parts house, kiddos hung out with MiMi.  After we checked out, kiddos had no car seats.... they were in the truck.... soooooooo, Jade had Bryson in the van and she just drove him round the block; but I couldn't go anywhere without carseats.... sooooo, Hydie and Carter just hung out in the car with me.... they LOVED the sunroof.... LOL

By now, it is common practice for everyone to help remove ice the best way possible!!! LOL

We stopped at LOTS of gas stations.... for gas, for drinks, for bathroom breaks...

OMG!      Another BORDER CROSSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

But, NO PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank the GOOD LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

ALASKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing.... many rivers totally frozen, while others have begun thawing...
